Why is Liver Cleaning Important for Your Health?
I know I talk about cleaning the liver a lot, but I wanted to go over it again quickly. One of the most important things you can do for your health is to clean your liver. People talk about cleaning and repairing the gut, which is critical. However, how do you believe the inflammation in the intestines is removed? The liver functions through the blood and lymphatics. The blood and lymph circulate throughout the body, collecting all of the metabolic waste that accumulates in the muscles, brain, heart, gut, lungs, and elsewhere.
They also gather all of the garbage and pollutants that we consume through what we eat, breathe, and drink. The issue arises when the liver becomes excessively filthy. Too much waste, a poor diet, stress, parasite infection, medicine, allergies, and a variety of other factors can all contribute to this. When the liver becomes unclean or overburdened, it can no longer remove waste from the blood and lymph. When the blood and lymph systems are full, the tissues can no longer expel waste. All of this results in symptoms such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.
Another indicator that the liver is overloaded and overworked is that we begin to wake up between 2 and 4 a.m. Anger, or temper, is also related with an unclean liver, according to Eastern medicine. So, if you notice that items that typically wouldn't or shouldn't irritate you, this could be a liver problem. So cleansing the liver is critical. Coffee enema, milk thistle, turmeric, ginger, histidine, tudca, and methylated B vitamins are all ways to cleanse the liver.
If you could only perform one or two of these, I would recommend the methylated B vitamins and the coffee enemas. These will cleanse the liver more quickly than anything else. If you want to get fancy, you can combine these items by incorporating these supplements into your coffee enemas to provide a deep cleaning effect.
