How will you handle the flu this season? It is stronger and more irritating, and here is what I have found.

This year, we are seeing a very strong and irritating version of the flu. Typically, the flu protocol knocks out the flu in a couple of days, 2-3 usually. However, this bug is proving to be a bit more of a challenge. We see that it starts with indigestion, loose stools, or nausea, including vomiting and significant congestion, and can last for 7-10 days. The best path we have found for this particular issue is to alternate kidney castor packs and coffee enemas while taking larger amounts of L-Lysine, Vitamin C, and D3. The quinine seems to help; however, it isn’t as big of a punch as I would expect. In this instance, the Lysine is the big player.
