Chemistry is essential. Does the body respond to 2000 calories of lemonade in the same manner as it does to 2000 calories of vodka? No, that's ridiculous, but it's all the evidence you need to recognize that certain things cause different reactions in the body. Too many individuals believe that everyone has the same internal chemistry. Everyone on the planet has a physique that does not function exactly like the person sitting next to you on the opposite side of the planet.
